I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and set a new password with the code sent to your phone (once per week).
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app go to My account → Delete account. Your account, organization, assessments and all responses are permanently deleted. If you can't access the app, email us from your registered contact details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store. Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions on Android, or account.microsoft.com → Services & subscriptions on Windows. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; refunds are handled by the store.
Do my employees need accounts?
No. Respondents answer anonymously through your link or QR code, without an account.
How should I interpret reports?
The in-app User Guide explains each panel and its report step by step.
